Three-Person Marketing Department
During her time at the Queen Mary, Renee became an integral part of the marketing department. She collaborated with a small, internal marketing team on all property marketing, advertising, and promotions. As a team, they came up with creative and effective marketing strategies to promote the Queen Mary to the community and increase ticket sales.
One of her biggest achievements during her time at the Queen Mary was creating the Summer Passport program. This program was one of the most successful promotions for the attraction in 2003 and helped to increase ticket sales over the summer months. The program encouraged visitors to come back to the Queen Mary again and again by providing them with a unique and exciting experience. Renee was thrilled to see the success of the program and how it helped to drive revenue for the attraction.
Moreover, as a graphic designer, she was responsible for producing all collateral, including advertising, copywriting, property signage, promotional materials, and the company website. She worked hard to ensure that all of these materials were consistent with the brand identity of the Queen Mary and helped to promote the attraction in the best possible way.
In addition to her work as a graphic designer, Renee also acted as the company representative and handler for filming on the property. She worked with the film crew on the set of Pearl Harbor and ensured that everything ran smoothly during filming. Additionally, she worked with the events department on event logistics, marketing, and implementation of special events. Renee implemented efficient work processes, completed all tasks in record time, and ensured that events were executed flawlessly.
Furthermore, as a marketing department team leader, Renee oversaw the marketing department interns by mentoring, scheduling, and educating them on marketing responsibilities. She also created all branding, collateral, website, and products to promote and market the Queen Mary to the community. Renee was dedicated to ensuring that the marketing department was running at its best and that all team members were working together cohesively.
Overall, Renee’s time at the Queen Mary was a great success. She contributed to the marketing efforts of the attraction in a meaningful way and helped to increase ticket sales and drive revenue. Renee was proud to work with such a talented and dedicated team and is grateful for the experience that she gained during her time there.
